Terms of Service

The service

TokenLime lets you design a theme (design tokens) and serves it to AI coding tools over an MCP URL. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use TokenLime.
• Keep your login and your MCP URLs private. Anyone with an MCP URL can read that theme.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

The themes you create belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and serve them so the service works. We don’t claim ownership of anything you make.

Plans, trials and billing

• The free plan includes one client design system. Paid plans are Starter (up to 3 clients, US$49 per month), Studio (up to 10 clients, US$99 per month) and Agency (unlimited clients, US$199 per month), plus any applicable tax.
• Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Manage billingin the studio. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Except where the law requires it, payments are non-refundable.
• We’ll give you notice before changing the price of your plan.

Acceptable use

Don’t use TokenLime to break the law, attack or overload the service, try to access other people’s accounts or data, or resell the service without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

TokenLime is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that AI tools will use your theme exactly as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using TokenLime and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
