Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TokenLime (tokenlime.app) collects about you and why. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or GitHub.
  • Your themes: the colors, fonts and other settings you save.
  • Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Usage: pages visited, buttons clicked, and basic device and browser information, used to understand how people use TokenLime and fix problems.
  • Email preference: whether you agreed to receive tutorials and product updates, and when.

How we use it

  • To run your account, save your themes and serve them over your MCP URL.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send emails about your account and billing.
  • To send tutorials and product updates, only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the product and keep it secure.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run TokenLime:

  • Supabase: database and sign-in
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Stripe: payments
  • Google Analytics: website and product analytics
  • Anthropic: AI features, when you use them
  • Google and GitHub: sign-in, if you choose them

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your themes and profile. Billing records may be kept longer where tax law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your email consent, at any time by emailing us. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll tell you by email or in the app.
